1. Introduction

1.1 These Referral Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the IN1 App Referral Programme (“Referral

Programme”) operated by IN1 App (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By participating in the Referral Programme, you (“Referrer”) agree to these Terms, the IN1 App General

1.3 The Referral Programme allows verified IN1 App users to earn rewards by referring new users

(“Referred Users”) who meet the conditions described in these Terms.

2. Eligible Participants

2.1 Referrer – must:

● Hold an active IN1 App account in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or closed);

● Have completed full KYC verification;

● Reside in a jurisdiction where the Referral Programme is available.

2.2 Referred User – must:

● Not have an existing or previously registered IN1 App account;

● Register a new account via the unique referral link provided by the Referrer;

● Successfully complete KYC verification; and

● Fulfil the transaction requirement stated in Section 4 within 90 calendar days of registration.

2.3 Eligible Participant – means a Referrer or Referred User who meets all applicable criteria in Sections 2

and 4. Only Eligible Participants qualify for Rewards.

2.4 Exclusions – The Referral Programme is not open to:

● Accounts using automated scripts, bots, or bulk referral tools;

● Any participant engaged in prohibited, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1 The Referrer must generate a unique referral link from the designated referral section in the IN1 App and

share it directly with the intended Referred User.

3.2 Unsolicited spam of referral links is prohibited.

3.3 The Referred User must download the IN1 App mobile application by referral link to ensure the referral is

tracked.

3.4 IN1 App is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals caused by not using the referral link, disabling

cookies, or technical issues.

4. Qualifying Actions

4.1 To become an Eligible Participant and qualify the Referrer for the One-Time Reward, the Referred User

must, within 90 calendar days from registration:

● Successfully complete KYC verification; and

● Complete cryptocurrency exchange transactions in the IN1 App for a total equivalent of at least

USD 200 in one or more transactions.

4.2 Fraud prevention:

● Transactions involving artificial volume generation or other prohibited practices will not count

toward the requirement.

● If fraud or abuse is detected, no Reward will be issued, and the participant may be removed from

the Referral Programme.

5. Rewards

5.1 Types of Rewards

The Referral Programme offers two types of Rewards:

(a) One-Time Reward

● Amount: USDC 5 credited to the Referrer’s IN1 App wallet.

● Condition: Awarded once per Referred User who becomes an Eligible Participant by meeting the

criteria in Section 4.

● Payment Timing: Within 10 days after the end of the reporting month in which the Referred User met

the criteria.

(b) Ongoing Reward

● Condition: Starts accruing only after the Referred User becomes an Eligible Participant.

● Amount: Twenty percent (20%) of the Transactional Margin generated by the Referred User from

Eligible Transactions.

● Eligible Transactions – the following types of transactions conducted by the Referred User:

(A) On-chain cryptocurrency deposits;

(B) Cryptocurrency exchanges (crypto-fiat, fiat-crypto, crypto-crypto);

(D) ATM withdrawals using crypto cards;

(E) On-chain cryptocurrency withdrawals.

● Transactional Margin – the total transactional revenue generated by us from Eligible

Transactions, minus direct and indirect transactional expenses.

● Payment Timing: Credited monthly, within 10 days after the end of the reporting month.

5.2 Reward Reversals

Rewards may be reversed if:

● The Referred User’s qualifying transactions are cancelled, reversed, or deemed fraudulent;

● The Referred User closes their account within 90 days of registration (for One-Time Rewards);

● The participant breaches these Terms.

6. Limits and Restrictions

6.1 Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals between accounts controlled by the same person are

strictly prohibited.

6.2 IN1 App may remove participants from the Referral Programme for:

● Coordinated attempts to artificially meet referral criteria;

● Misrepresentation or misleading statements about IN1 App;

● Offering referral incentives in violation of applicable laws.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on Rewards you receive. IN1 App

is not liable for any tax obligations arising from your participation.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 By participating, you acknowledge that the Referrer may see the name or nickname of the Referred User

and confirmation of their eligibility status (e.g., “Eligible Participant”) for the purpose of Reward tracking.

8.2 IN1 App processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

9. Programme Duration, Changes, and Termination

9.1 The Referral Programme is ongoing until IN1 App decides to end it.

9.2 IN1 App may amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice and

reason explanation.

9.3 Changes will be published in the IN1 App and take effect from the date of publication.

9.4 IN1 App may terminate a participant’s access to the Referral Programme for violation of these Terms

without prior notice and reason explanation.

10. Liability

10.1 IN1 App shall not be liable for:

● Losses resulting from participation in the Referral Programme;

● Delays or failures in Reward payment due to technical issues;

● Disqualification due to breach of these Terms.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IN1 App with respect to the Referral

Programme and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
