IN1 “1 Year Celebration” Campaign – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the IN1 “1 Year Celebration” Campaign (“Campaign”). By taking part in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Organiser
The Campaign is organised by IN1 (“Organiser”), operating the IN1.io application and payment card.

2. Eligibility
To participate, an individual must:
- Be an active IN1 user with a valid IN1 crypto card.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Make legitimate personal purchases using the IN1 card during the Campaign Period.
- Comply with IN1 Terms of Use and all applicable laws.
Employees of the Organiser may participate unless prohibited by internal policies.
3. How Participation Works
Participation in the Campaign does not require any form of entry fee, ticket purchase, stake, or payment outside of ordinary card use.
3.1 Automatic Participation
Participants are automatically included based on the total value of their personal purchases made with the IN1 card between 10.12.2025 and 31.12.2025.
3.2 Earning Chances (“Entries”)
For every €100 (or equivalent) spent using the IN1 card during the Campaign Period, the user receives 1 entry into the Prize Draw.
- Entries are generated automatically.
- Only legitimate card transactions count (refunds, chargebacks, and reversed transactions do not qualify).
- A participant can win only one prize in the main draw.
4. Campaign Structure
4.1 Main Prize Draw
A random draw among all eligible entries will determine three winners:

The draw will take place in early January 2026. Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their IN1 account.
4.2 Guaranteed Holiday Bonus
The first 1,000 users who reach a total spending volume of €1,000 or more during the Campaign Period will receive a guaranteed 10 USDC bonus.
- The bonus will be credited after the end of the Campaign.
5. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be distributed directly to the winners’ IN1 wallet balances in USDC within 7 business days after the winners are confirmed.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility prior to issuing prizes.
6. Restrictions & Disqualification
The Organiser may disqualify a participant if:
- suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive transaction activity is detected;
- chargebacks, refunds, or reversals reduce the qualifying spending amount;
- the participant violates IN1 Terms of Use or applicable law;
- automated systems, bots, or manipulation attempts are used.
The Organiser’s decisions are final.
7. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Organiser publicly announcing anonymised winner information (e.g., “A. K., Germany”) for transparency purposes.
No additional personal data will be published without explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser is not liable for:
- failures in telecommunications or payment processing systems;
- delays caused by banks, blockchain networks, or third-party providers;
- incorrect data provided by participants.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
9. Personal Data
Any personal data processed within the Campaign is handled in accordance with IN1’s Privacy Policy available on in1.io.
10. Changes to the Campaign
The Organiser may amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if required due to:
- technical issues,
- regulatory changes,
- force majeure, or
- security concerns.
Any changes will be published on the official IN1 blog.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Organiser’s jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in IN1’s Terms of Use.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
