These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the IN1 “1 Year Celebration” Campaign. By taking part in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Organiser

The Campaign is organised by IN1 (“Organiser”), operating the IN1.io application and payment card.

2. Eligibility

Active IN1 user with a valid IN1 crypto card.
At least 18 years old.
Legitimate personal purchases during Campaign Period.
Compliance with IN1 Terms of Use and applicable laws.

3. How Participation Works

No entry fee required. Participation is based solely on IN1 card usage.

3.1 Automatic Participation

Users are automatically included based on their purchases between 10.12.2025 and 31.12.2025.

3.2 Earning Entries

1 entry for every €100 spent.
Only legitimate transactions count.
Each participant can win only one prize in the main draw.

Telecommunication or processing failures.
Delays from banks or blockchain networks.
Incorrect participant data.

9. Personal Data

Processed per IN1 Privacy Policy at in1.io.

10. Changes to the Campaign

Organiser may amend or terminate Campaign due to technical or regulatory reasons.

11. Governing Law

Terms follow the laws of the Organiser’s jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Participation means full acceptance of these Terms.
