Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that, according to an official notification from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the license of our partner Quicko Sp. z o.o., which acts as a card-as-a-service provider for IN1, was revoked on January 21, 2026.
In accordance with the KNF notification, Quicko Sp. z o.o. is obliged to ensure the payment of funds to customers and, during the transition period until April 30, 2026, to provide customers with the opportunity to transfer funds to accounts opened with other financial institutions.
What this means for you:
Services that continue to operate without change:
- Cryptocurrency operations
- IN1 crypto wallet top-ups, crypto ↔️ fiat exchanges, crypto ↔️ crypto exchanges, and withdrawals continue to operate as usual.
- IN1's crypto infrastructure and licenses are not affected by this situation.
- Transfers from IN1 cards by card number (payouts)
- Transfers in EUR and USD by card number are available and operating as usual.
Services that are temporarily suspended
By decision of the regulator, the following services are temporarily unavailable on the Quicko Sp. z o.o. side:
- IBAN accounts and SEPA transfers in EUR
- IN1 card payments - in stores, online, and via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Replenishment of IN1 cards by card number from third-party financial applications.
We are in talks with other card-as-a-service providers to ensure the prompt replacement of the card service in our mobile application.
Regarding the situation with Quicko Sp. z o.o., we will keep you informed about further actions and steps as confirmed information becomes available and explanations are received from Quicko Sp. z o.o.
