Guided by these principles, we would like to inform you in advance about upcoming changes to the service.
Due to updated regulatory requirements of the European Union and the necessity to obtain a CASP license in accordance with MiCA, we have decided to temporarily suspend the operation of the IN1 App in the European market.
We do not operate under conditions that do not meet our standards, and we consider full compliance with regulatory requirements as the foundation for the project’s future development.
The IN1 App mobile application will continue to operate normally until May 29, 2026 (inclusive)
After May 29, 2026, access to the mobile application will be closed
We kindly ask you to withdraw all funds to external bank cards or cryptocurrency wallets via the IN1 App mobile application by 29.05.2026 (inclusive).
We are informing you in advance so that you can manage your funds calmly and without restrictions.
If you do not manage to withdraw your funds through the IN1 App mobile application by 29.05.2026 (inclusive), withdrawals after this date will be processed upon request.
The completed and signed request form must be sent from the email address associated with your IN1 account to info@thein1.com
